Three entry routes cover nearly every patient — and for the ones that need paperwork, we prepare it with you, including the hospital appointment confirmation and formal invitation letter.

Hospital appointment confirmation

Official confirmation of your scheduled consultation or admission from the treating hospital's international department — the core document consulates ask for on medical-purpose applications.

Formal invitation letter

An invitation letter covering you and any accompanying family member, with treatment dates, hospital details, and accommodation reference — issued through our China clinical network team.

DOCUMENT 03

Supporting pack

Itinerary letter, lodging confirmations, and a document checklist tailored to your consulate — plus review of your completed application before you submit.

Eligibility check — in your free case review

Your coordinator confirms whether you qualify for the 240-hour visa-free route (most short treatment trips do) or need a visa.

Documents issued — within 3–5 business days of plan approval

Once your treatment plan is confirmed, we obtain the hospital confirmation and issue the invitation letter and supporting pack.

Application support — until your visa is in hand

We review your application, flag common mistakes, and stay available for consulate follow-ups. Most medical-purpose visas are issued within 1–2 weeks.

Visa FAQ

Do most patients actually need a visa?

For short trips — dental, screening, TCM, consultations — most U.S., U.K., Canadian and EU patients enter under the 240-hour (10-day) visa-free transit policy with no advance paperwork. Longer surgical or complex-care trips typically use a tourist or medical-route visa, which we document for you.

Can my spouse or family member get an invitation letter too?

Yes — accompanying family members are covered in the invitation letter we issue, and our companion service handles their lodging and logistics alongside yours.

What if my visa is refused?

Refusals on documented medical-purpose applications are uncommon, but if it happens, our coordination fee for the affected trip is refunded per our published policy, and we'll help you assess reapplication or an alternative route.
