One coordinated journey, seven steps.
From your first message to follow-up at home, one coordinator is accountable at every step. Here's the whole journey, what you receive at each stage — and the operating procedures behind it.

Pre-departure checklist
Nothing is left to memory. Before travel you receive a written pack covering:
- Confirmed appointment schedule & hospital contacts
- Visa/entry documents & invitation letters
- Medication list review & what to bring
- Payment plan: what's paid, to whom, when
- Emergency contacts on both continents
Payment procedure
Our coordination fee is paid to GoChinaCare. Hospital fees are always paid to the hospital directly — never wired to us — with your coordinator present to assist. You receive official receipts (fapiao) and claim-ready documentation for every payment. Full details on the Pricing page.
Changes & cancellation
Before travel: reschedule or cancel coordination with a transparent, published fee schedule — unused hospital deposits follow the hospital's written policy, which we show you upfront. During travel: your coordinator rebuilds the plan same-day if clinical findings change the treatment.
Escalation protocol
Every case carries a written escalation path: coordinator (24/7 line) → clinical network lead → hospital international office — with your family kept informed at each step. Clinical complications are handled by the treating hospital's physicians under their emergency procedures; we manage everything around them, including record-keeping you'll want afterward.
Built so someone always answers for your case.
We're a care-coordination company, not a hospital — which means our only job is making sure the system works for you.
- Documented hospital & physician vetting, shared with you
- Clinical decisions stay with licensed physicians — always
- Written escalation path for every case
- Certified medical translation on all records
- Transparent fee structure — no referral commissions
