Pricing & fees

Exactly who you pay, for what, and when.

Medical travel goes wrong when money is vague. Ours isn't: three cost categories, each itemized, each paid to the right party — and our fee is flat, not a percentage of your treatment.

The three cost categories

Your total cost, decomposed.

Why it's built this way: hospital money never passes through us, and our fee doesn't grow with your treatment cost — so we have no incentive to steer you toward more expensive care. That structure is also how we stay aligned with U.S. anti-kickback standards.

Exactly who you pay: hospital fees paid directly to the hospital, a flat GoChinaCare coordination fee, and optional travel services
PAYMENT METHODS

How you can pay

Coordination & travel fees: card or bank transfer in USD. Hospital fees: paid at the hospital — international cards are accepted at international departments; your coordinator assists at the cashier and collects official receipts (fapiao) for every payment.

INSURANCE & REIMBURSEMENT

Claim-ready documentation

Most U.S. plans don't cover elective care abroad — but HSA/FSA funds often apply, and some plans reimburse specific services. We prepare itemized, translated receipts and treatment documentation in claim-ready format so you can pursue whatever your plan allows.

CHANGES & REFUNDS

Published, not negotiated

Cancel before matching begins: full coordination refund. After your plan is delivered: planning fee retained, unused travel services refunded per provider policy. Hospital deposits follow the hospital's written policy — which we show you before you pay anything.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Single dental implant, all-in

Hospital bundle ≈ $900 · coordination fee ≈ $400 · optional travel package ≈ $1,100 (6 nights) → ≈ $2,400 all-in, vs. $4,500 for the implant alone in the U.S. [ILLUSTRATIVE — confirm rates]
